Picture windows
Picture windows are fixed windows that do not open and are usually as much glass a possible. As with other windows the frames of older ones are usually wood or aluminum and like other windows are either single or double pane glass. These windows usually let so much cold air in a house they are covered by big heavy curtains to help in the winter.

Like all of our other window lines our picture windows feature a 100% virgin vinyl welded vinyl frame and 1 ¼ triple pane glass this window is very energy efficient because there are no openings for air to get in.
We offer the best glass package in the industry on our windows. Our 1 ¼ Triple pane glass with 2 layers of low-e coating on 2 panes of the glass to reflect heat out in the summer and keep heat in during the winter. Then that is followed up by 2 chambers of argon glass with argon being denser than air it keeps the cold air out in the winter and warm air out in the summer. All of this is held together with the duralite warm edge spacer which prevents that moisture you see around the edges of your windows in the winter.
Our window finish options are some of the broadest in the industry. We make windows in 100% virgin vinyl in White and Clay but we offer 14 in stock and endless custom paint colors inside and out to fit your design ideas. We also feature 3 colors of woodgrain for interior options to match existing wood windows.
Finally our warranty. Duck windows offers a limited lifetime warranty that is transferable if you decide to sell your home. Our manufacturer backs this warranty with a 50 year limited lifetime warranty of their own so that means you have a double warranty for piece of mind after your windows are installed.
