Our installers, even with years of experience, get trained in the Duck Windows and Siding method of installation. And since we don’t use subcontractors for installation like almost every other window company, we can control the process and get only the best results from your installation by taking our time and showing pride in our work so the customer is 100% satisfied.

What you can expect from our installation process are simple things like drop cloths being put anywhere we are working, pictures of your existing windows and rooms to make sure everything is put back into place like we were never there, careful removal cleanup and disposal of your old windows, your new custom-made window installed and insulated and caulked from the inside and outside to create a weathertight seal to make your windows as efficient as possible. We then follow this with a complete cleanup of the areas of installation with a HEPA filtered Vacuum. We then take after pictures of every window area to ensure that we leave it as clean as it was when we got there. When completed your new custom made windows will look like they were built in the house.
